I'm not rich... I just have a really really great job that can hook me up with some outstanding deals.. Not only that.. They're trying to sell those houses to get them "off the books".. Market isnt going to well right now.. So nows the time to do Lease Options.. Then in 1-2 years.. Refinance and sell the bitch for a whopping profit..
Zach.. I am rich now because I only own 1 MKIV.. LOL.. Its amazing what you can afford when you are debt free with an amazing credit score!

a bit off topic but im a bit curious as to where you work or what you do if you dont mind me asking... and why are you soon to be supraless :( atleast get a mkiii if youre losing the mkiv lol. good luck with the house though.

I sold my TT to pay off some debts... 800 beacon score > TT supra.. I moonlight doing mortgages, and I sell cars (for a steady income).. I am in the process of finishing up my rela estate license..

I just think at this point in time, my own house and starting my own life is more important then a Supra.. I love my MKIVs but something about owning a gorgeous house and providing a wonderful life for my son and myself is more important.. It doesnt look like I'll ever get married..LOL

well thats good that you are being able to hold a steady job and support yourself and your son. and im sure most people will understand that life and your son are more important then supras. and im sure youd get married as steady as you are with a job and supportive of your son.. i dont see why not unless you didnt want to.

Honestly, I joke a lot about marriage, but for me, its no huge deal... I'm not like a lot of these women who just feel they have to get married... If it happens, I'd be ecstatic.. if it doesnt, no big deal.. I've already planned out my life without a partner, so its not like its this big devastating blow if I dont get married.. Hell, at that.. I rarely, if never, date.. Workaholic and my free time I spend with my son..

I leave for San Diego Monday morning at 6am.. I'm going to take my laptop with me.. I looked at Circus Circus (only because they do have a daycare, and a play area for my cousin to take my son to.. Plus, I am sure my cousin (who's 17) will enjoy the circuses and video games..I am also debating on staying at the Rio... Most of the hotels are running really good deals right now... Its all about accommodating my son, since he'd have a conuption if I dont take him with me

cc will work for him, the orleans has a good theater and game room also one of those places where they can crawl all over those tubes. if he like's bowling gold coast is good also. Best place for breakfast is omelet house on charlston, they have like 29 different omelets.

should be a great trip. lmk if you have any questions. I lived there for 10yrs.
