Has anybody ever reused a MHG &

ARP head bolts before? I repaired a BHG about 3000 miles ago & used a HKS MHG & ARP head bolts along with a complete rebuild of the head. I recently bought another motor & I'm in the process of rebuilding the short block so I can build a monster. I don't want to spend another $800 again to get what I already have, so if possible, I'd like to tear the top end off of my current motor & put it on the new motor. Is it possible with a light surfacing of the head?

Metal hg are reusable and I know head studs are reusable, but I do not think head bolts are reusable because they twist when you torque them. Someone please corresct me.

ARP Head bolts should be fine also, the stock ones are not supposed to be used again

Resurface the head, clean the block up, you shouldn't even have to take out the valves when its done if you just had a head job. Just make sure when the guy cleans it after machining he drops it in the aluminum cleaner. Later.
