Hey guys...so i was at work the other day and i was just checking my oil (i leaked about 2 quarts within a couple days :: angry :: STILL LEAKING!, gonna take in soon) besides the point, one of my co workers was lookin at it and he was like wow the stock piping is real restrictive *points at pipe that goes down to intercooler...and then he looks at the exhaust and was like YEA super restrictive...he was like dude get hardpipes + exhaust and you'll get 60-80 hp easy...and i was like what? no way eveyrone on here never gave me any advice on just switching to hardpipes for added HP...is what he says true?!

The hard pipes inprove spool time which could widen your powerband, and yes you could gain 60-80 hp with a complete exhaust system, the factory setup is very restrictive. Regardless you need to address maintenence issues like leaking oil before you go questing for power.

Sorry 60-80 hp jump/gain is not going to happen with just hard pipes and a full exhaust.

Don't get me wrong, with the hard pipes and exhaust you will pick up quiet a few ponies(mainly the full 3" exhaust is where the gain wil come from) , turn your ct-26 up to 10-12 lbs then yes you will get a gain in the neighbor hood of 60-100.
