Hard time starting up

I have a hard time starting the car up after 3 days of letting it sit. idk whats wrong, i kno its harder for a car to start up after a couple of days just sitting there, but it is having more trouble than usually. i turn the key and it starts struggling for about 5-7 sec and the idle is a little of 500rpms. any idea what is wrong?

so do i have to replace it or is there a way i can fix it? srry im a noob

id test it, have it cleaned or just replace it. More than likely thats your problem.
