Guys im getting desperate

Ok so the guy that was setting me up with a "good" machinist, with a torque plate is falling through in MI. I have been hunting for a decent machinist for a while now, and im getting pretty flustered. Is there a good machinist that can bore my block over with a torque plate, that is in OH, MI, VA, IN, or anywhere surrounding? Or if anyone has a plate for hire please let me know. will a JZ plate work, im getting desperate?!?!
