Hey. I'm brand new to the world of Supras, but I'm really excited to learn. I just recently bought a 1988 Supra N/A for $1000, it's red with a targa top:icon_bigg! Although it's not without it's problems, it currently needs a new radiator, battery, thermostat to be a runner. It also had cut springs(cut TEMS:cry
, the targa has been sealed close with silicone and the paint, while in good condition for a twenty year old car, is less than excellent.
Right now I'm just looking to bring the car back to it's stock condition while I use the car to drive to and from school. Once I have saved up some money I hope to add strut bars, headers, and eventually I hope to make the 7M-GTE swap.
I'm really excited to get started, it's my first try at tuning a car and I'm looking forward to learning about and building up supras. I should be putting in the radiator, thermostat and battery this weekend. I'll post up some pictures once I have it running.
