So, I'm pretty excited. I replace the accordian hose, a few vacume lines, and put some of that "Heet" stuff in the tank. The car sat since October last year due to the death of my clutch.
So, threw the charger on it, checked the oil and coolent, and she fired right up. Me= happay lol.

My lil bro did the cam work so blame him, haha, but yea. When you hear the BOV in the 2nd vid, that me trying to move the car. The car was actually in geat and the clutch all the way out, lol. That clutch HATED the raise of boost lol.

Oh, and I didn't have my nice rims on just yet. But, once I put the new clutch in, I'll get some footage of the car after the clutch is properly broken in. Yokohama tires FTL, I'm gonna burn em up :biglaugh:

Also, the car had been running at least a half hour from the 1st vid to the start of the 2nd...

What kind are the "nice rims"?

They aren't really nice, but they look good. They are Kazera KZ-A, the newer one's, 18". They are on my car in my sig... They really look good on the car, but the ones on there now came off my old Mustang and don't look too shabby either..

Looks like the Stang rims are going to be used for AutoX though. Those Bridgestone's are good tires. I liked them better than a set of BFG G-force sports

k.. Yeah, I've always like them. They look great on your car. Just never knew what they were. How wide are they?

The stang wheels look like mk4 supra wheels.:)

Yea, they kinda do... I think they look good, but they have mustang center caps unfortunately..

I'm not sure how wide the rims are actually.. I think 8" up front, and 9" in the back but I'm not sure.. Front tires are 235's, and rears are 275's but I've had 285's on there before. I took the 285's off bc they rubbed the fenders a lil, but now the 275's look a lil stretched... Meh...

I'll have footage soon. Im basically hated in Toledo, so as soon as the clutch breaks in, I will have TONS of videos, I have alot of races lined up. I bought a camcorder just so I can record everything this year.

I ran into a problem though. I bought a TRD stage 2 clutch, and the rivits rub on my Fidanza flywheel, so I'm having some material removed from the flywheel.

The car should be on the road tuesday. How much time will I need to properly break the clutch in? As soon as it's broken in, I'm getting the car tuned. I'm hoping to have the car broken in and tuned by friday because I know friday and saturday night I will have plenty of people wanting to race me...

Why are you hated in toledo batman?:)

Why take meterial off the flywheel, instead of buying a different clutch?

Because I'm broke :biglaugh:

10LB flywheel what? Haha, It shouldn't be much material, it barely rubs and the disk is a perfect fit. Accelerated Performance is taking care of it, Don and Russ know their stuff.

In Toledo, we have either turbo Honda's, SRT-4's, or LS1 cars... I don't quite fit in any of those groups :icon_razz

Thanks! I always wondered lol... I Looked but for some reason, I keep getting results for the older versions which aren't as wide iirc.

better get to adjusting that bov. Youve got some compressor surge that wll eventually lead to a death of that goood ol' turbo :)

Could you help me out on to how? There's a screw on the top and I'm not sure whether to turn it in or out...

Also, I bought a new TRD clutch kit from a member on here. I had Russ at Accelerated Performance install it. He told me the pressure plate broke. The thing is new but I didn't buy it from TRD..

What should I do? It didn't even last a mile...
