So I put some coilovers on earlier this week. Tien Flex! They are excellent. So I take it to a auto shop that will remain nameless for now, cuz I am now really embarrassed for taking it there... So I get it back and now the suspension is making noise when I turn... It also made this "clunk" when I hit the brakes hard. Anyone had this after they lowered there car? Any input would be appriciated... I looked at it up on a rack and the wheels went lock to lock with no noise, nothing binding.

thanks

Thanks for letting me know about the previous posts. But this isn't something that has been getting louder and louder. It happened after I took it to a bad shop for an alignment. It doesnt happen near the stops either, its somewhere in the middle, more turning to the left than the right, but makes noise in both directions. Also my car is a 1/4 higher on the passenger side now... Fuck me. The car has 87,000mi. I hope its not the wheel bearings... Fuck me. The shop said they would pay for the fix if it has to do with thier alignment. So basically, they can't fix the problem... I'd talk shit about the shop, but I'm just as at fault for taking it there...

want to know if its a good alignment shop or not? ask them what happens if they find something wrong. they SHOULD tell you that they wont align it until whatever it is is repaired.

Well, the last time I had mine aligned and had a "clunk" when turning, the f***kers had disconnected the tie rod or whatever that runs from sway bar to the rest of the car. Sorry, don't know the technical name, but get under the car and take a REALLY good look at all your suspension bits...
