Heres my new 87 Supra with Dual Electric fans,Greddy Type S bov, Full 3'' exchuast with magna flow muffler,intake, short shifter, 2mm greddy mhg,arp head bolts.

Now I have some tech questions for it.

While driving it home, I noticed when i press the gas I have to push it atleast 80% before the play goes away and it actually starts going. Can any one inform me on how to adjust the pedal to take the play out of it.

also while in gear it has alot of play, Im guessing its the shifter bushings. How hard is it to replace them?

and the final thing, when I would get on it in 5th and then let off, a big puff of white smoke would come out the exhuast but only in 5th gear any ideas?

well the turbo might be going out soon so im checking it tomarrow, but i would really like some help on adjusting the throttle linkage and pedal and about the play in the shifter.

look at the top of the petal under the dash. You should feell/see the throttle cable running through the top of the petal. If you can pull on the cable ( toward the back of the car, it is loose. Mine was like this. I added a plastic spacer between the petal and the end of the cable. the spacer was a drywall ancher cut in 1/2.
