Got a question about abs?

I have an 88 non turbo chassis with abs from the factory. My question Is if I swap a r154 into it with a 3.73 or a 3.91 rear end will my abs still work? And not only work I need it to work well as in slowing from 100+ to 50 multiple times. Thank you

the 88 will need the 3.91 diff for speedo to match, and aslong as the r154 is from a 87-88 ABS car, it will just plug in and work like stock as the abs sensor is in the tranny for rear abs. my interchange books says the 89+ r154 is different, but all i can see is electronics are different,(im thinking different style plug) probably to do with the grey plug ecu.

i swaped my 88 auto to a 5spd and the abs worked like stock when done.
