i know in my old supra i was getting water from where the Rear Wiper was, the nut was loose. Another spot i was getting water from was the power antenna hole.

now in my supra now water is getting in there from my tail lights i'm thinking it's weather stripping. i put some silicone on it, it fixed it for now, but later i guess i'll get some new weather stripping.

my supra has the same prob mine is from tha rear window seal at the bottom of the hatch its coming loose. you could always drill a small hole down there to let the water out.

I can always expect to spend 5 minutes dumping water from the trunk after a good rain...haha. I'm glad someone started a thread about this though, gave me a few places to check.

mine is leaking from where the little trim is at the back of the hatch. i also have soem smal lrust that i found in the wheel well that im gonan go in and fix. i figure ill just take out that tire and get a nice platic cover thign moulded into the hatch. my dad works for a plastics company so im sure he can make something...

Golly Gee Whiz, Mister!!!11!!

Now that that's over, don't drill a fucking hole... just pull out one of the drain plugs. Read: Drain Plug.

I replaced my taillight seals, but to no avail. However, I did get that moment of tingly "new part feeling".
I reckon mine leakz are from teh hatch seal or rear window weatherstripping.

BTW: Not exactly 7M Techincal... We all have Supras. Well, most of us....

That's what would happen with my car. I removed the plastic hatch trim, and water would leak in from the window somewhere. If the car was sitting while it was raining, The first time I moved it, you could actually see water pour out of the hatch.

I would say you need either new window trim, or a window seal.

Oh yeah, i forgot to say that my hatch door trim collects water as well, and drips down when i open it. I know its the back trim on the window. But that doesnt explain the water in the wheel well. My Toyota Plywood and rug are dry, and there is no water collected in the black trays on the right side (bad trim side)...

My antenna seal is dead, but would that let water go over to the spare wheel hole (aka lagoon)??

To help out a little, i just recently went to the toyota dealership and got a few price quotes. Hatch weatherstripping is $77.xx and im not sure how much just the hatch window trim is but with the rear quarter panel window trim and the hatch window trim, its $555.xx. Quite a bit of money but probably worth the rust troubles.
