Hello everybody,
I've been looking around the forum for a bit and I love what I see. I have loved supras since I first got into cars back in high school and hope to own one some day. I currently drive a ford focus.....but my drift car is a nissan 240sx. I will soon be ditching the SR20 for a 2jzgte. I joined here for the mass quantity of good technical knowledge and support. I'll be seeing you guys around. It'll be good to get a little bit of supra into the nissan.

The car pre-2jz for the moment

Psssssst! Your intercooler is showing. lol

Welcome to SM. I always kinda liked the 240's. Yours looks to be in darned nice condition, too.

Thanks for the welcome! It's good to hear that there are a couple people that have done this swap on here. I'll definitely search the build section to see what others have done. I'll post up in there myself once I actually start swapping in something that is relevant to this forum. As for more pictures, I guess I could post a few more.

It's not too bad if you know the roads you frequent haha. You definitely have to keep an eye out for road hazards though! I don't drive it on the street much. It's my track car.

That.....That is VERY low. Bottom out bit much? looks really clean, but it has to be a P.I.T.A yeah?

PSH yeah right! (as per general hellaflush/drifter showoff) if you can see light under the car, you're not low enough :biglaugh:

A little light is ok :icon_wink

if you have frame rails left you're doing it wrong :icon_wink

I hear ya on the handling issue. It does ok right now since I've learned how everything reacts at that height. When I get the 2J I'll be running different wheels so I'm going to be going a little higher once that happens......not too much higher though :icon_wink
