Going to the track Saturday

Tomarrow is the day to test out the new turbo on the car. got my pt61 installed, tial wastegate, and new downpipe. Keeping my fingers crossed and fresh batteries in the video recorder!

Hey! Stayed the night at the track and drowned my sorrows in beer. Car ran really slow. Only ran a 14.55 at 93 mph. No powerat all and the wastegate was open the entire run down the track. Boost would flutter in 3rd gear. Came home with no video. Why bother? Took the wastegate apart to see what was wrong to find a broken spring. so basically it was a wasted night. I only made 3 passes trying to fiqure out what was wrong. Finally i just parked it on the trailor. After putting in a new spring on sunday, it runs like a eight legged dog. So going to go back to the track maybe wends. night to try again. If it runs right, then we will have videos.

I wouldnt consider that a wasted night! The car drove down the track, and you tracked down a problem, AND fixed it.

Sounds pretty good to me, even though you didnt go down there very fast
