i dont know im kinda scared, dont know what im getting myself into.....
im trading my car for it :0

Sounds like a fishy deal...

Who trades an 89 turbo auto for a Pre-89 NA 5 spd.

Also: Does this mean your not going to use that harness?

My NA would kill you both...

4.3 LSD
Fresh rebuild
3 angle valve job
+1 mm oversize valves
New valve train
Ported + Polished head




Also: That harness wont work with an 89+ turbo.

on topic: Lets see pics of this turbo auto... mileage on both cars too..


my .02.. I wouldn't trade unless his body & interior are cleaner and in better shape than yours (don't forget if yours has lower miles on it too)... because doing a turbo swap on your 5spd na is a hell of a lot cheaper and easier than a repaint and to recover the interior. Also, are they both targas? if your NA is a targa, and the turbo is a hard top.. I would keep your na as well..

hehe.. it's an na car tho :icon_razz 4.30 lsd still, but has a gte under the hood.

the combination of the 4.30 and the gte is pure sex btw...

haha, gotta love that road.. I need to go there today and have some fun.

hey chris717 if its turbo keep it turbo. if you really want this car but want a 5spd then take your time with it. tranny swap can always come later.
