With the huge number of official threads popping up, I wanted, for future reference, a location for answers related to the usage of the CT-26 on the 1JZ.

My first question is, what is the distance from the Turbo induct to the radiator support? I seen a couple of 9inch K&N filters relatively cheap, that could fill the space. Would anyone take a quick measurement, before I commit?

If anyone has questions related to the CT-26, from IC pipe routing to Dyno graphs post them up.

Thanks,

Matt-

Just be sure to use something other than a stock CT26. The .57 trim would be a great turbo for the 1jz, if on a budget or someone that only wants 400whp.

Yes Sir, I'm using a 57 trim. 400RWHP is more than enough for me.

I had a ct26 57 trim on my car and it was very fun. Car spooled fast and pulled to redline. I used Driftmotions kit. Good setup for a 1jz.

what manifold kit are you planning to use? 400whp with that little ct-26 is going to be quite hard. you will need a really good tune and supporting mods.

I'm still putting it back together but like i said 60 trim ct, SARD 540cc injectors, walbro pump, 3 inch divorced downpipe, full 3 inch exhaust, greddy boost controller timer and boost cut defender, SAFC II, SPEC stage III 6 puck clutch. I'm excited to see what i come up with because i just can't afford to buy a real nice single turbo so this was kind of a cheaper option as far as the turbo goes.
