What do you guys have for garage floor sealant? It looks like I'm going to be renting the house I grew up in from my parents, and I'm going to want to seal the garage floor as that's where I'll be spending most of my time :)

I want something that is really nice to look at, easy to clean, ie: oil resistant, durable, and nothing that will cost a stupid amount. Stupid = 600+ If that's what it runs for a really nice floor I guess I'm in for a reality check, but I can't imagine its that much.....

Also, if there's anything I should stay away from?

you can get epoxy coatings for pretty cheap, and it's probably the most durable way to go.

Me? I just throw kitty litter down every time I spill something :p

Not that I ever spill anything on the floor......

I just heard that same thing on SF. I'm going to look into that.

Neither my, or my girlfriends car leak, but I'm really picky about that.... I really like having a sharp looking garage. Almost like a shop. Air, Power, and Light from the ceiling, clean floors, every tool in its place....
