fuse box ?

Hey guys,I have a 86.5 n/a.Under the hood in the fuse box there is like a wire relay.I need to replace it.How do I do that if possible and what is it and what does it do?:1zhelp:

if its the same one as what i had problems with... i just pull the wire and stuck a fuse in its place. no problems since. when the wire gave out though my car wouldnt start so its got something to do with that lol.

there will be a few clips holding that small section of fuses in the fuse box. You pull up that small section of fuses and unscrew the two wires that hold the metal prongs to your fusable link. Then replace it with a normal fuse with the right amps. And that fuse controls you alternator and dash lights etc. if thats not in there, your cars not going to run.
