Fuse box question

I am putting my supra back together, when i bought it, it was in a million pieces so i am not sure where everything goes. The build is going good so far. My question is under the fuse box in the engine bay I noticed 2 black plugs coming from (underish) the fuse box both plugs have 2 decent sized gauge wires going to it. Does anybody know what these go to? :runaway:

Could be the AC fan and clutch relay stuff:

If there is blue w/ black stripe and white w/ black strip wires to them both there for the a/c fans.
