My buddy just bought a mk3 and the previous owner bought a JDM 7m, all he did was install new clutch and drop engine and tranny into the car pretty much. Alot of the vacuum lines are missing or torn. Any write up's on installing engine or anything?

If the previous owner didn't swap over the emissions controls (eg: EGR) a number of those won't be present.
