Here's a pic of the components. Unfortunately it came with no instructions... so I'm kinda guessing how it all goes together.

I'm guessing from the front of the fuel rail, you pull off the stock FPR, elbow fitting to elbow on braided hose, straight section into AFPR, another straight section out of the AFPR with that odd end in it that just fits into the end of the existing rubber hose from the tank and gets tightened down with the included clamp.

Shouldn't the piece into the stock rubber hose have a ridge in it to keep the hose on?

Where does the AFPR mount? Looks like the included mounting bracket was made for a shock tower... but if so, how could you see the fuel pressure gauge?

You may need to test fit the fittings, but the upside is that there look to be just enough fittings to do the job, and everything uses a different specific size (FPR is 12mm, FPD is 14, regulator is -6an). My guess is the elbow goes on the regulator, and the blue aluminium fitting is on the rail in place of the FPR. The 2 plated steel fittings look like AN sizes, and you can probably figure out which goes in the tank return side and which in the rail side of the regulator (tank return is the bottom port).

For the gauge, you either kiss the top of the rad to read it, or head over to home depot and pick up an 1/8NPT (If I remember correctly) brass elbow from the plumbing asile to point the gauge up.

Ideally I would have thought the return would have something to hold it on as well, but it is the low pressure side of the works and may well be able to get away without it. I'd be tempted to rough it up a bit with some sandpaper to help it stay in place

Grim - One of those fittings goes into the junction block (big nut looking thing on the fuel feed line). A steel braid hose connects from the now installed fitting on the junction block, to the fuel rail. You'll need to take out the fuel pulsation dampner and install another one of the fittings you found in the kit.

(^^^ You may / may not do this step according to the pcs in the kit)

On the return side, remove the stock FPR. Install another fitting that was supplied in the kit.

Run another steel braid line from the fitting (stock fpr location) to the new AFPR.

THe AFPR has fuel in on the side, and fuel out on the bottom.

The steel braid line that you have with the nipple on the end, goes to the return line (hard steel stock line) that you connect both with a rubber hose connection.

The FPR mounts on the intake side shock tower. There are a few people on here who use the exact same kit you have. Due to my shitty work computer I can't see most pics, but I do know Kwnate has the same kit.

Here's a vague pic of one installed:

That's the best I could find for the moment. If no one else chimes in after a while I'll search some more ;).

Shaeff has one, so does 1 sloe 92, here's a link of pics he's got, it may help, IDK cuz I can't access this site from my work comp, but it's suppost to be pics of his car... http://www.imagestation.com/album/pictures.html?id=2100877460

This one may help, it's from shaeff, but again, can't see the pics, but hopefully there's some of his Aero FPR in it... http://www.supramania.com/forums/sh...&highlight=Adjustable+Fuel+Pressure+Regulator

If this doesn't help let me know and I'll see what I can find when I get home...

uh i dont see anything there for the FPD.

i see two braided lines, one from the rail to the FPR, and one from the FPR to the return to the tank.

The longer SS line there along with most of those fittings look exactly like what comes with the FPD kit from suprasport.com...

So is the FPD kit completely different from the aeromotive FPR kit?

Rich has got it correct, except you will need to use the 90 deg AN fitting on the right side (the gauge is on the front) attached to the short line to the front of the fuel rail. The short line can't make the bend for the straight AN fitting on the side of the AFPR with it mounted on the strut tower. The plug is on the left side; the straight AN fitting (brass colored one) is on the bottom. The AFPR mounted on the strut tower kinda points at a 45 deg angle toward the center of the engine bay.

I've got this exact set-up..I'd get you a picture, but I'm in Reno NV at the moment. I'll get home tomorrow night (Friday). LMK and I'll post a couple of pics.

that's exactly what I have, got mine from 935. The line off the FPR I just used some stock fuel hose I removed to connect that end to the stock hardline.

Now if someone would make a kit like this WITH an FPD removal line that goes all the way to the stock hardlines to the tank all of the stock crap would be gone and it'd be ss line or hardline throughout.

LOOKs like it, but its different. the thread for the feed at the rail is different.

this is for the FPR only.

I moved my ignitor and installed the AFPR in the ignitor location, so in my case the diagram as shown worked for me. I can take a pic tonight... You can see it in my MAFTPRO video...
