I am not understanding your question.
The fuel feel goes on the back if the stock rail. On the JZ motors, there is a feed line that bolts to the back of the fuel rail. Some motors have the dampner but you can get the bypass line if you plan on running a bigger fuel system. The dampner line is available from DriftMotion.
Fuel pressure, the return side is on the front of the rail which is located on the front of the motor by the throttle body.
