Running a Microtech ECU on my 7MGTE & last dyno tune was mapped to 10psi.
Have since made slight changes to my intake & found that the old bov was leaking, hence the 10psi maximum.
Installed a new Bosch bov & now it sees 14psi.

My current psi, and fuel (ms), settings for load are:
2 4.38
4 4.76
6 6.67
8 7.48
10 9.43
14 9.57
16 9.71
18 9.86
20 10.00

So until I can have another minor dyno tune was thinking of increasing the ms to:
14 10.14
16 10.29
18 10.43
20 10.57

Is this going to be enough for the extra boost or should I go slightly richer again to keep things on the safe side?

Without a wideband to see what the effects of your adjustments are, you're just pissing in the wind. I've seen seemingly identical cars have wildly different settings to wind up with the same A/F ratios. Nobody can really answer this with any level of accuracy. At 14+ PSI you're well into the range where severe engine damage is easy to do.
