Fuel sender fix?

I have fixed my sender about 3 times but it always wears again. I imagine this is pretty typical. When it gets down to below 1/4 tank then it loses contact and reads empty and then I have to rely on the light.

Is there any good known fix for this?

he replaced it 3 times already.....
