Interesting read, as when he removed the dampner it made the car run richer.

Interesting though, as I don't understand why he's on the rich side under cruize.

Notice at 65mph his af is in the 13's. Any body else have the same af? My car runs in the high 14's to 15.1 at any cruize speed.

i dont have anything here to read a doc file.

but, to me it does make some sense. you remove a restriction on the feed side so more fuel = richer a/f. much like if you add a restriction on the return side it creates a richer a/f.

on the other hand, youd think the 02/ecu would counteract that in closed loop. perhaps on the LTC it will lean it back out.
