Fuel pump relay clicking on and off?

I have this really weird problem all of the sudden. I started my car, and it was sitting idling, when I heard this intermittant clicking sound. I tracked it to the fuel pump relay clicking off and on for some reason. I also noticed that every time it does, my fuel pressure drops and my motor runs lean (obviously).

Why is my fuel pump relay turning itself off randomly?

the relay in the engine bay? disconnect the yellow wire to it and see what happens

Yellow wire? I pulled the plug going into the relay, and it just shut off.

The relay in the engine bay isn't turning on the power for the fuel pump, it mearly controls the fuel pump resistor and turns down the voltage for normal driving. If its clicking, just bypass it and remove it.

Shit, I knew these 1JZs ran at two voltages. yeah, it's acting up all right, got much worse today. I'm going to remove it tomorrow.
