fuel pump not kicking on

I jumped fp and +b in the diag box with the key on and my fuel pump did not come on. I have checked the efi fuse and the wiring and it is all fine. Is this a sure sign of my fuel pump being bad?

certainly sounds like as good a sign as you're going to get, short of removing it from the tank and testing it...

Jump it from the access panel in the tank.

I tried looking in the trsm and couldnt find anything.

theres a panel under the wood part next to the spare tire. remove that and you will see the wiring for the fuel pump and sender. put power and ground to the pump and if dont hear it you need a new pump.

just make sure you send it to the pump side of the connector and not the harness side of the connector.

Do the '12v Mod' anyways. If after that, no pump - new pump
