Fuel problem UPDATE*

Before I posted some issues that my 89 supra turbo was doing. I have it narrowed down to the ECU. The problem is I have an 89 and I cannot find an ECU for that year. Will the yellow connector 87-88 ECU work the same? How hard would it be to make it work?-------------------------------------------


I put a light on the injectors. They are not pulsing like they should. Although the car can run. It is not possible to drive r now. Most everyone thought it was the FPR or bad wiring to the fuel pump,but the pressure is good. I came to find out that the ECU is not working the injectors correctly. Any tips? Hopefully I can get this thing going soon!!!

here's a thought... http://autoecu.com/ they rebuild ecu's last time i had one done about 6 months ago, it was $189 call em up say that your injector driver ckts are bad and they will rebuild it for you plus they have a warranty on there rebuilds and from what i remeber wire locations between the 2 ECU's is completely different.
