Hey I got horrible gas mileage! I think that my fuel pressure regulator small vaccum pipe is connected to a wrong place where do that connect? I couldn't follow it on the TSRM vaccum pipes diagram.

I am bypassing the turbo but I'm 100% sure that my FPR is connected to a wrong place does it have ANYTHING to do with gas mileage? if not then what does it do?

And someone told me that removing the O2 sensor will give me a clue I just don't think so..Is that a method??

If you pulled your O2 sensor, your car would complain, (check engine light, I expect, plus code 21) and run rich all the time, making your gas mileage suck. If you pulled it and your gas mileage didn't change, there must be something wrong with it, the wiring for it, or the ECU.

The FPR vacuum signal can be routed directly to the intake manifold if you want, bypassing the FPR VSV under the front of the intake manifold. This should only affect your gas consumption for a very short period of time during warm starts. It would also make your car harder to start when warm - but still not that difficult, a few extra seconds cranking is all.

OK I've been checking in the car for a while when I posted this I think I have code 21 already so this explains my back gas mileage and also I found out that one of the knock sensors is missing the one on the 4,5,6 part of the block and it's plug is there laying that's gonna cause BIG problems right?

And about the o2 sensor...N\As have the same O2 sensor or not?

only california cars will throw a code if the o2 sensor isnt hooked up.
