If I'm shooting for 600whp, is -6an line tank to engine suitable?
Does anyone have flow ratings for each sized hose?

thanks

A 'muscle car' rule of thumb I stumbled across a couple of times is that -6 is fully capable of carrying sufficient fuel up to the low to mid 500 range, and some other resources say only 400. I personally rule the low end reference out given the 5/16 stock ones will flow that, though it may be pushing the upper limits at peak demand. 600 is into -8 territory IMO. Not knowing what pump you plan on running, for most externals, it is recommended you step up one size on the suction end. In tank gives fewer options...

As far as a fuel flow chart, I've never seen one...and I spent a while searching when I was purchasing fuel components...

well keep in mind that most "muscle" cars are using high volume low pressure mechanical or electrical fuel pumps. Add pressure and that rule of thumb gets tossed.

Under efi -06 is good to about 700 hp (CRANK!) -08 to about 900, -10 to about 1400 and -12 to about 2000.
