I hit fuel cut on the freeway in 3rd/4gear at wot.Mods to the engine are high comp pistons,Na cams,1.2hks mhg,large front mount intercooler,bic ddp.I hit 10lbs of boost in 3rd and 4th gear.In first and second i have no issues and i get around 8lbs of boost.Is it time for the lexus maf and 550 injector upgrade or do you think it could be a boost leak?

You can check for a boost leak, but that sounds pretty close to normal behavior. Mine cuts closer to 11-12psi, but I can pull first and second no problem (unless it's an unusually cold day).
Do you know what your local altitude above sea level is? The lower you are, the lower manifold pressure represents the mass of air required to hit FCO. Some differences for injectors and the like as well, but certainly check for boost leaks.
