Is fuel cut all electronic or will a clogged fuel filter also give me a code 34?

When spinning my turbo shaft by hand should it keep spinning after i let go or should it have just enough drag to keep it from spinning after i let go?

fuel cut/boost cut/spark cut. is infact electronic! how much boost do you achieve?

Its an upper limit programmed into the ECM, limits the MAF sensor to a certian amount of flow.

i am stock. but i cant seem to find my freakin boost leak i found one hose tore but replaced it and checked and tighted the hose of the bottom of the turbo. but it still stalls bad. i m lost.

Did you check the BOV for leaks? Where are you in MO?

i put new hose clamps on it and thourghly inspected the hoses. this is going to drive insane. i have almost sold the car severel times. its never ran right since i bought it 3 years ago, and been broke down for most of it. but i can t seem to part with it. one other question could my inercooler be plugged. i was checking the tubes for it and pulled one off and a little bit of oil came out. ya MO.

also what about the turbo question and what would cause oil to get in my ic pipes?

If you still have it stock the PVC routes into the intake, goes through the turbo, through the IC pipes and so on....

would that oil make the car cut out if it was in the ic? how freely should the impeller spin in turbo?should it keep spinning if i spin it by hand?

yes. btw check ur connection between the throttle body and 3000 pipe.
You have to take it all the way off to see if that coupler is ripped.

well i built my leak tester today and done from the coupler below the turbo to the tb. No leaks there. tomorrow ill check the pipe from the bottom of the turbo. but still only boosting 2 to 3 pounds this sucks.
has anybody put there own seals in there turbo?mine smokes pretty good.

its normal for a stock setup,

yes 34 but i already found the boost leak, will be fixed tomorrow. why is it normal for a stock setup versus a modfied?

because when you modify i, you make it so it goes into a catch can instead of straight to your intake
