Not to ruin you're thread, but your asking way too much for that car.

Here in the US, 1991 (first year soarers with the recalled motors, hopefully that one was fixed at the dealership before importing), sell for $10,500 5spd, with legal title and registration for florida (a $2500 process). 1991 base models like you have only cost $2000 at auction in Japan, if that.

There is zero market for them in the States, since 1JZGTE swapped SC300's have more features, better options and interior, and sell for more 1JZ swapped, then a real soarer. Sad but true. Good luck tho.. Your best bet will be selling it to someone else in Canada.

Then don't buy it. The price isn't in USD anyways, it is only for sale in Canada

The recall is taken care of. The car had 33000 km (about 20K miles) at purchase..so no it wasnt 2000 dollars. Thanks for your input. I can buy a Soarer that is ragged out with mileage similar to that of a USDM Lexus..but why?

Please enjoy your high mileage SC300 with swapped mystery engine from a wrecked car. I'll take my factory original, thanks. It will be sold in Canada only, was posted in the Canada only section and I thank you for your comments. No offense meant or taken towards you or your SC, it is pretty stylin.

BTW why is your interior so much nicer?

D: No bulking up threads with clutter. This has got to stop. No more "man, I wish I had the money!" "Man, that's nice, good luck!" "Bump" "Where were you 3 weeks ago when I needed one of these?" If the post isnt directly related to the item for sale, then it will be deleted.
