Front Suspension Creaking Noise

I've been looking to resolve this issue for about a year now because it would happen occasionally.

I've installed the turn stop bolt caps last year trying to resolve my front suspension creaking noise issue. It would occur when I was making left turns. That didn't resolve the noise issue.

What happens most of the time I would get a creaking noise when I'm making left turns at low speeds, not even a full lock-to-lock turn.

What I've noticed recently is that the last two times this occurred, my "check engine" light came on. I'm not sure if it's related as the creaking noised occurred various times prior without any check engine lights. I've the checked the codes already, which are 12, 14, and 71.

What happen today was that from a full stop, as I was accelerating the creaking noised appeared when I driving the Supra straight and not turning.

Any idea what this could be? I've had the car up on the lift various times last year, trying to located the issue. Checked the steering and front suspension, and everything was okay. What could it be? Needs new front suspension bushings?

I had the ball joints inspected when the car on the lift and the people inspecting the car said it was okay.
I've had the lower right ball joint replaced a few years back (it had leaked and was popping), but the left lower ball joints and the front upper control arms hasn't been replaced by me.
Should I replace this even though it checks out?

Steering seems to be the same to me. I haven't noticed it getting a little harder.

So it turns out the creaking noise were from the front exhaust pipe rubbing against the front sub-frame of the car when there should be around a quarter inch gap between the front exhaust pipe and the front subframe. I had the car on the lift and with some help from other people, used a prybar to wedge the exhaust pipe and pry it from the sub-frame to make the gap. Problem solved.
