Front main seal leak?

My bro in law is doing some work for me on my swap. And he notice oil leaking from the Belt Tensioner
area. I Don't know much about the 1jz, but I'm thinking this is where the front main seal is? I'm 60 miles from my car so I can't see it for myself. Anyone more familiar with the 1j Or have replaced the front main seal on 1J. Chime in please.

If you find oil in the front of the engine its probably not a bad idea to reseal the front all at once.

I would just go ahead and do everything.

Valve Cover Gaskets(make sure to use FIPG where its needed on the front and rear caps)
Cam Seals
Front Crank Seal
Timing Belt(with cam seals)
Water Pump(if not done already)
T-Belt Tensioner(depending on how old yours is)
