Some of you may have seen this on SF but thought I would bring it over here.

New things to add. Flow testin will occur end of the week. I am going to do a stock N/A manifold, Stock Turbo manifold, and my FFIM all at the same time to get a base line. Mine has not been ported or polished just the mod done so it will be a good base line on how it flows....

Alright as I posted a while back I converted the stock plenum to a front face set up. I dynoed last friday and made decent numbers 441whp and 443wtq(only a 4800rpm pull due to fuel cut)
Dyno sheets here:
http://supraforums.com/forum/showthread.php?t=298899

The deal is I am trying to feel interest of how many people would buy them if I made them. They will be very reasonably priced and a one week turn around guarantee. The one I run was my first attempt ever and I have endless ideas to clean it up. Will be a week or two before I get my stuff together to start doing them right so just feeling for interest. The way it will work is the first couple will be greatly discounted due to developemental designs but none the less still top quality. You will be able to choose what all you want with them.
Things that can be added for a package:
-Custom throttle linkage mounting
-Port and polish
-Outside polishing
-Alternator drop down bracket

Other things to come as well.

Please PM me with questions. First two who would like them will get the discounted price to allow me to firgure somethings out on them. Here are some pics of mine.

Price Ranges (Prices are not totally set and subject to change but this will give you a rough idea, when I start to take orders I will give you a exact price depending on what all you want) :
- $250 - Just the conversation, stock throttle body hole blocked off, manifold milled and piece added to the end.

- $600 - Conversation, ported and polished(when ported and polish old throttle body moun will be cut off as the side of the manifold has to be opened and then a smooth mount replacement panel will cover the area), polished outside, throttle linkage brackets, and alternator bracket. Only requires you to extend TPS wire and make IC pipe.

Of course a person can pick and choose what they want and do not want plus special add ons can be requested.

Things that will be changed from my first one are it will be all one aluminum tube from mani to throttle body mount plate, no silicon adapter. My mistake forced me to put in the adapter. Better throttle linkage set up, old throttle body hole welded shut not just blocked.

Let me know and I will hopefully get some manifolds going. Also if you would like a full custom one, not utilizing the stock plenum I can do that as well.

Thank you for your time,

Yes you can keep tge A/C the alternator drop down bracket just lowers it to directly above the A/C.

Seth,

I'll look at the pictures later tonight (can't access them at work), but how much is just the alternator lowering bracket ?

I don't have A/C on mine, and if I can shorten the belt at all, that'd be great.

Or do you (or anyone else) :icon_razz have an OTS bracket to relocate the alternator to where the A/C is ?

Cheers

is there going to be an intercooler kit that bolts up to it? how much?

No sorry, I do not have easy access to that plus it is impossible to make all the combinations of what size IC, what size IC piping, and what not. If you buy a my full out version you will then only have to reroute the water lines that run through the tb and mani, make an IC pipe, and extend your TPS wires. Sorry but my main goal hear is to make a very reasonable package, and there are to many variable with the IC combinations. HTH

are there any drawbacks on a FFIM? and can a NA manifold be used?

N/A manifold can not be just converted like a turbo because of that valve in the middle would completely mess up the flow. I can not think of any drawbacks, obviously you have to have an end to end IC. The only thing is if my flow numbers are not good, but I will find a way to fix the problem no matter what, through porting.

As for larger throttle body applications, each flange would have to be special made so it will be a bit more expensive, and the throttle body would have to be sent to me first off for me to make the flange. But the first one I am going to be doing is a with a 2JZ TB. Hope I am answering all of your questions if you have more, you can directly PM.

i honestly don't see why you couldn't use the n/a manifold. the valve in the middle of it is just toyota's ACIS valve (acoustical control induction system) it just gives the ge model more torque by simulatind longer and shorter intake runners. (search mkiiitech.com) you could just simply figure out how to take that valve out and plug the vaccum port it's connected to. i got two extra n/a manifolds lying in my basement right now that i was gonna use for extensive porting experiments, but i think i'll give it a try myself.
