I was going to make one when i took mine off... but it took me a week of evenings.

You will need to take the plastic shrouds out of both from wheels to get at the bolts under there - that's the ones that got me - the rest are fairly easy to spot.

If you just want to get the bumper and bumper cover off easily, undo the two bolts in the wheel well that screws the bumper to the fender. take off the grills and take out the turn signals, then unplug fog lights, undo the two bolts that attach the bumper to the frame, and pull it off. It is really simple. Much easier than taking off the bumper cover.

I did it this way when I installed my intercooler, I know people have done it differently, but I had no problems doing it this way.

Taking the bumper support off with the cover is lots easier than taking just the cover off, lessons learned

when you say undo the two bolts that attach the bumper to the frame, do you mean the two big bolts under the car?

Yes, you will undo the two nuts that are on the bottom side of the frame rails, then pull out both of the big bolts that go all the way through the frame rail and attach to those two nuts you just removed. They are kind of a pain to get out and put back in the frame rail, but its easily done.

I got the front bumper cover pretty much off except for one bolt right under the front nose piece, I'm guessing that it's a frame support bolt but the only way I see of getting at it is removing the stock intercooler.. mind you I do plan on doing this bc I'm putting a driftmotion intercooler on I just thought it would be easier to do after the front bumper was ripped off.
