I took my ABS out because it didn't work and didn't feel like having it fixed and I just don't want it. My question is, are the non ABS and ABS proportioning valves the same, and if not can I still make the one I have work?

If you don't want to deal with the local parts guys, you could also look at the online EPC and see if the part numbers are different.
