Ok well i have it wired according to http://www.crescentcitysupras.com/ve...demarkers.html.

There is a vid. on there page but here is what mine look like when i turn on parking lights. My blinkers dont blink at this time. there is no engine, or gauge cluster and i am guessing between the 2 there isnt a ground connected. if any one knows witch wire it is i can hook it up and take a vid.

Isn't this normal??? i am guessing the side will also blink now. I have no idea what that guy in the white supra didto get all to stay on at the same time.

As long as were on the subject, I had the idea to wire an led behind each of my electric outside mirrors (probably red, wide focus) to create a glow around the gap between the mirror itself and the housing that would blink on and off in unison with the signals.

the easiest way to have it all lit up is to get a dual filament bulb socket and wire that in for parking lights and turns..i have mine wired right now so that the sides blink and are parking lights also but left the large turn stock. when the lights are on i believe all three lights blink. i figured it out on accident one day messing with the wires trying to set it up so that the big section is lit up too.

Quoting from the SoCalSupra thread:
"So that means that the side markers are going to be positive on both wires?"
"At times yes. When the signal wire doesnt have 12V its sent to ground. That is when the light will be lit, when the signal goes 12V, the light will turn off, which is why it is always opposite of the turn signal indicator."

Assuming this is right, then I shouldn't have any problems using LED's for sides and turns, right? My LED lights do not work when wired with the polarities in reverse.

^---you kidding? Most GM trucks blink this way, but it's okay, I did it anyway..

The only reason I got my JDM bubble markers was for this mod, otherwise I would have kept my USDM's...
