My servo motor makes a horrendous screeching whine every time it cycles in either direction so while the dash is out, I decided to see if it needed to be lubed or replaced. There is no friction point to lube so I want to switch the part out with one from my donor parts car. I took out the donor part first (see pic) by undoing just two screws and doing lots of maneuvering around the recirc air flapper. Upon attempting to remove the one in my car, however, no dice. I looked closely at the bracket on the removed one and looks like there are supposed to be three screws on the bracket even though I only had two in the donor. There is no way I can see to reach the outside screw (the one against the passenger end of the dash, upper right corner of the bracket) without dropping the entire cooling unit.
