These videos are a little old. they should shed some more light on what im talking about in GotToyota?'s thread with the "loose change" video. they are videos produced by Alex Jones. hes a Neo-conservative but some people think hes overzealous and suffers from delusional paranoia. but in his videos, tv appearances, interviews and radio show, he seems to be well informed. in the videos im posting, he has well sorted information and sources. he cites his sources and provides the viewer w/ enough information to do his/her own research if they should choose to do so. i would strongly recommend to do some research on your own and not just take this info at face value. some of it is biased and "extreme", so just take the info w/ a grain of salt and dont be afraid to look up some of the things he talks about to form your own decisions. this is just a different point of view other than what mainstream media provides you with.

God, geez, give it a rest already. For every one of those conspiracy vids, there are debunking vids. Why is the truth so hard to accept for you lefties?!

what truth... the one fed to you by mainstream media which has biased opinions and funded by major political parties? those truthes?

open your mind and close your mouth. you dont know anymore than i do what the truth really is. id be more ready to listen to someone who doesnt have vested interests in personal profit than a government that cant explain their way out of a paper bag and has excuses w/ more holes in it than a pair of fishnet pantyhose.

agreed.

i love your use of labels, 9t1breezen. anyone who dosnt agree with you, just assign them some label to associate that person with conspiracy nuts or liberals or lefties or whatever other label you can come up with.

ive said it before, and ill say it again; labels are for the close minded, for those who are not smart enough to think for them selves, or worse, those who CHOOSE not to think for them sevles.

The world needs both sides. We need people who question everything. We need people who will dig, for what ever reason, for a truth, the truth, or to try and back up their theory.

And I agree with Lagged, labels are a way of grouping together something you can't seperate or don't understand. Keep your minds open. Even if you do believe one way, accept that someone at least has the guts to explore other opptions and chase down strange happenings.

Hey, pure and simple, people don't like the way we live in America. It's not a far cry to think that they would plow planes into buildings. It's also not a far cry to believe that our government wants to control the people.

Either way you want to look at it, both instances "could" have happened, and there is pleanty to support both sides of the argument, even though a lot of it can't be proven. If we all just settled for what other people said, it would be a messed up world... oh wait, it already is:)

Here's what kills me. It appears that there are definitive age groups that believe in conspiracies & likewise, an age group that doesn't. 26ish & lower think that the government is out to do the country in, 27 & older don't believe a word of it. There's always exceptions, but....

Like you said, there are exceptions. I think it has to do more with where you were raised. I have a lot of friends who are about the ages of 26, and they have very different oppinions of what happened, and what they believe.

I can't back up what I feel, and I see that both sides here have something to gain by what they believe.

Believe it was terrorism, and you justify what Bush is doing.

Believe it was the Government, and you think Bush is against you.

And neither side will budge, and this is because neither side has enough evidence one way or the other to sway the other side. That's why I just listen to what both sides are saying, and come up with my own logical conclusion I can come up with. Just remember,

United we stand, Devided we fall. What happening right now? Do you think we are actually United?

I am suprised at the amount of stupid asses on this board. How disappointing.

9-11 was carried out by Al-Queda. This is just unreal.

Labels. Well, lets see now. Doesn't just about everything have labels? So, it goes without saying, that people that think a certain way would be labeled also. You can hang a Neo-con label on me if you want. Water off a ducks back! if you were to believe these stupid conspiracy theories, then you would have to believe in the most horrific lie ever perpetrated in the history of the world. I think that says that you dislike this country. I'm sorry if I hurt your little leftist feelings, but you need to grow up and see the truth. You are hated, just like me, by the Islamo-Fascists. They will continue to kill our peoples, and anyone like us, from now till the end of time as you know it. That is why we must find them, and destroy them. Get used to it. You have a target on you...and it wasn't put there by the Bush administration!!!

This kinda reminds me of the creation vs. evolution debate, only the opponents swapped positions ;)
Someone is questioning the (more or less) established public opinion and tries to point out weak spots, while others try to defend it.
It's just that I don't remember anyone of the evolutionists calling the other side "stupid assholes"... oh well.

actually, the public opinion is no longer that al-queda is responsible for the 9/11 attacks. more and more people are changing the opinions and thinking that either our own government had a hand in it or at the very least, prior knowledge. the split from those who beleive this widens every time the poll is taken.

labels or not... we need people that will question what we are being told. the day that our citizens take every statement as God's honest truth and question nothing is the day we give up our freedom.

STOP BEING part of the Herd. think for yourselves, dont let the government think for you or tell you waht to beleive.

the conspiracy videos raise enough valid questions for people w/ the means to do their own research and tests and publish their findings, like the cell phone calls from air lines at 32000 feet, for instance. not everything is single-minded and even if it is, there are plenty of valid questions being raised that cant be answered by the official reports issued by the Feds.

if anyone here seriously thinks that the government is being completely honest and forthcoming w/ their information is sorely misinformed.

i cant force anyoen to change their beleifs. im just saying, stay open minded, be rational.
