fog lights to come on without headlights

I hope this is the right thread to post this,but i went onto supras.com to check out the thread to do this and i followed it and for some reason the headlight don't come on but the foglights do.i like that but it would be beter if the lights could come on as well but seperatly.and also the lights don't fold down when i turn off the light switch.could somebody help.

If everything worked properly before the only variable is your work. Double check all of your work.

Be sure you used the correct walkthrough. The 86.5 and 87 wires are different than the 88-92. I have an '87 and mine work as they should but I had to dig around in order to find it.
