If I explain the circuit, you should be able to figure it out yourself. The headlight switch supplies power to the control side of the fog light relay. The switch supplies the ground path to the relay. The power side is fused.

To get into the wiring you need the factory Electrical Wiring Diagram from Toyota, aka EWD.

You will need to check power, ground, to a switch and a relay. And check the operation of the switch and relay.

My first guess would actually be two bad bulbs. The lights are on the lowest part of the car, and pick up debris easier down there.

Just a tip, check if there is a faint clicking noise when you flip your fog light switch with the head lights turned on and the key in the on position. it will come from the driver's kick panel. Flip the switch on and off several times to listen for it. If there is no sound then you have a bad relay. If there is a sound then the wiring is messed somewhere along the line. I fixed the fog lights on my friend's supra, there was no clicking sound, I checked it and the idiot owner who owned the supra before chopped off the relay at the wires. So I had to make a whole new connector.

Some places to look for wiring:

At the fog lights themselfs,

the relay

and check to make sure that the lights are gounded properly (i.e. the ground wire is connected properly)

Hope this helps.

Have the wires at the relay been cut? When I bought mine the guy tried to do the foglight re-wire mod and screwed it up so the foglights didn't work. I re-wired them back to the way they came from the factory and bingo!
