I just installed my fluidyne along with my stock fan shroud... There's a pretty noticeable gap between the radiator and the shroud.

in this thread its stated that the radiator uses all stock parts... is this gap just something that is to be dealt with?

Here, adjuster mentions the same problem...

has anyone found a way to get rid of the gap? am I just stuck with it? Maybe its time for a set of of really nice electric fans that'll fit up against them :p

Just as I thought, right at 1/4" gap along the top of the shroud and radiator. See attached pictures . . .

It doesn't seem like the gap causes much loss in airflow. The sides of the shroud are much closer, almost flush with the radiator. I can't remember if the bottom of the shroud has a gap or not.

Thanks for the compliment! A clean 7M is a happy 7M, at least mine is at the moment . . :icon_bigg

It looks like you have a very clean engine bay man :)
