ummm well to start things off..... i dont think that a efi motor will ugh flood... but idk???
Its possible, if the injectors are leaking. I've seen it on a few Saturns and more recently my Dad's Ford. Try starting it while holding the throttle all the way open. If it starts up when you do that, I would do an injector balance test.

no the temp is fine.what are u thinking?
I was thinking if it thinks its cold, it could be dumping extra fuel in for a cold start condition. If the gauge is always reading cold, an open in the ECT sensor circuit or a bad ECT sensor could cause that. But it seems like that's not likely. What about your fuel pressure?

Are your injectors wired correctly?
Double check that, but I doubt that. It runs once he can get it started. So I was already doubting fuel pressure as well, but always good to check.
So far we know:
It is getting too much fuel
Fuel pressure is good
Injectors most likely are not leaking
It is not an ECT sensor related issue

I'm running out of ideas. I'll have to go research a couple things.

yes ther are the car runs when i push stardet and thet is the only way it starts.

Will it still start if you pull the EFI fuse and clear the fuel out, and then start it?

yes if i pull efi crenk it fo 30 sec put it in it will start but not oll the time. the injectors are rc550cc
Check the cold start injector time switch. It is located on top of the T-stat housing, and has 2 wires going to its connector. Resistance should be as follows:
<59* F.............25-50 ohms
60-84* F..........51-59 ohms
>85* F.............60-85 ohms

What, is that what we call gas station attendents now? LOL.
Hope that fixes it.
