Fitting for water meth

Hey guys, i bought a torque freaks kit a long time ago, and this fitting has rusted out on me. It's used for the washer bottle reservoir...

anyone know where I could find something similar to replace it?

If you couldnt find the exact replacement, you could probably just make your own using brass fittings. Check out mcmaster/grainger/fastenal for what you need.
