Thats kinda what it feels like anyway - i got me a nice big red '91 Turbo now, picking it up soon and it's already got substantial suspension/braking mods done to it (TEIN coilovers, Fensport Cross Drilled Front Discs, Pagid Fast Road Pads), thing is the engine is almost totally standard.

The exhaust has been upgraded with a Blitz NUR Spec and theres no cat fitted. The intake is unmodified though - standard airbox with K&N panel filter.

I wouldnt have thought the intake side would have mattered too much seeing as it's forced induction anyway. The car also came with an HKS EVC Boost Controller, APEXi SAFC (dunno if it's I or II) and a turbo timer (unknown).

Fitting all these things is all well and good, but would i be okay to run 10psi on with just the intake and exhaust as they are? If so - what kinda HP would i be making at the crank and wheels? Nothing pinpoint accurate, just ballpark figure needed.

Well, i'll be having more questions from this point on.....guess i need to get used to owning a tubbie :D

Hey Bud!

What downpipe is on that car? If all little known problems are up to snuff on the motor and it is in a good state of tune then you are more than safe to run 10psi. You should see 275ish hp.

Black car was part exchanged against this one. Pics i'll d a little later on.

Downpipe? I cant be certain, it MIGHT be the standard one, or it might be a blitz one - whole systems here tend to be turbo back as we dont have catalytic converters.

275bhp, is that crank or wheel hp?

fyi those mdc sensors dont fit in some aftermarket downpipes. I had to file down the lip for an hour that the mdc one has that the toyota one doesn't have right under the flange. Luckily the sensor still worked after.

Most aftermarket ones are thread in and have an adaptor or another bung welded on to accept it. if its a bolt in one chances are its toyota. The mdc one is Denso and bolts in like stock but is shorter than the factory one for the supra, which doesn't matter.
