Hey everyone, would like to start this post off by giving thanks to all the great information ive been able to research from the members of this awesome forum. I just did my first compression check on an 88 MK3 and everything turned out great. Think i got a steal on this machine and look forward to its progress. The car was sitting for about 4 years, but the guy took care of it during that time, he didnt just leave it there to go to waste. interior is great, engine internals seem to be fine.....wanted to ask if anyone could make any suggestions on next steps in making the engine alittle more reliable. any suggestions would help and any reliable dealers where i could get some parts. thanks to all....pfox

Welcome to the forums. Sounds like you got yourself a nice Supra. I would say a good starting point would be to change / flush all the fluids (engine oil, tranny / diff. oil, coolant, brake fluid, etc), check on the condition of your brake pads / rotors and other general maintenence items. As far as reliable dealers... are you talking OEM Toyota parts or aftermarket?
