Well, I went to the track last night, to see if all the money Ive spent was worth it. Come to find out, the power was there, its just that I dont know how to drive just yet. Here are the results:

Reaction-1.24
60ft-2.09
330 ft-5.88
1/8 et-8.87
1/8 mph-81.65
1/4 et-13.57
1/4 mph-103.43

That was the best run of the night, and it was my first, after that I couldnt chase down that time again. The car would just keep spinning, even with drag radials. My mechanic said that I may have to ease on the throttle and not dump it, but I didnt get a chance to, cause we left. The shitty thing was that everyone else with this trap speed, were laying down 12.9s all night long, so I guess I got some work to do.

Well, I was trying to heat up the tires but, I couldnt keep the car stopped. It kept wanting to creep forward on me.

All my mods can be seen in my gallery, but basically the power mods are:

57 trim ct @ 15 psi
550s
lex afm
walbro fp
FMIC w/ 2.5 piping
3.5" dp
2.5 catback

I have other stuff, like forged pistons and rods, but they are irrelevant in making more power. Hopefully when I figure out how to launch, I can get into the low 13s or high 12s with this setup. I also need to get this setup tuned.

That's pretty close to my 1/4 mile. I ran a 13.24 @ 112mph, but I'm having some traction problems as well. My best 1/8 was 8.24 @ 84.77 mph. with a 1.856 60'. My runs were on Nitto 555r's as well.

I love your reaction time.............;)
Never wait for the last light to turn green. You should already be in the process of moving before it changes. Just my two cents worth.
