First Car.

Hey guys!
My name is Joe.
My grandpa gave me his '89 7M-GTE Supra as a first car, I am paying it off, but I love it. He bought it new and put 165,xxx miles on it and handed it down to me. He also owns a '97 TT TargaTop 2jz-GTE with 3,600 miles on it, and my brother has 2 '83's. So I've got alot coming through me.
Right now, I'm just putting all my little pay checks into just keeping it running and replacing some parts like exhaust manifold, radiator, brakes, and that's about it as of now.

Has the headgasket ever been re-torqued or replaced and torqued to 72 ft-lbs?

I ask you this as you do NOT want to have your first car give you cause to spend more money than you may be confortable with.

Don't modify until you are 110% positive that the car is running 120%.

And I noticed not many have pinstripes.
And no, still original head gasket, but I'm gonna say about in less than 8K it'll be gone.
Everythings still original, but I've already spent a bit more than Im comfortable with.
It's more than worth it, I love the 7M's.
I'll get some better pictures up, but here are some of the MK4.

Maybe I just haven't been paying enough attention :icon_bigg I know for sure mine don't have pinstripes though (I went and checked to make sure lol) and can't remember any locals with them. I'm not sure if I like them or not =\
