I have a HG job, I have another head to replace the old one. My problem is, how do I put the Cam Sensor back in place at TDC ??

I like to remove the CPS cover and aling hte housing and shaft like the link above (thanks aye mate) posted. This was you can see how the posts line up. When you drop it in, it's going to jump forward on you. Once you see how far it jumps forward, pull it, and spin the shaft back the same amount it jumped forward. Your goal is to have it installed with the posts in the same orientation as when you aliged the marks on the shaft and housing.
Once you drop the CPS in with the cap off, you'll see what i'm talking about.
